For rental shops & owners · Bali

Most rental shops in Bali have no website. Yours can.

Rodaku builds your shop its own page — your bikes, your rates, your number — and puts it where travellers and AI assistants are already looking. You run it from the Rodaku app on your phone, and you pay one flat monthly fee. Not a cut of a rental, not a fee per booking. One fee.

Sign up, install the app, sign in. If a step sticks, the button above reaches a person.

Why Rodaku

What a shop gets, and what it never has to give up

Website

A real website, not a listing

Your own page with your bikes, your rates, your hours and your location, built to work on the phone every traveller is holding. Nothing to install and no hosting bill.

Inbox

Every request in one place, with the answer in your hands

A request arrives in the app carrying the bike, the dates and the renter's contact. You accept it, decline it, or leave it. WhatsApp only tells you something is waiting; the deciding happens in the app.

Visibility

Findable on Google and by AI assistants

Your page is indexed and structured so a search engine, or a traveller asking an assistant where to rent nearby, can find your shop by name.

Money

The rental money never passes through us

Renters pay you, directly, the way you already take payment. Rodaku charges one flat monthly fee and takes no share of what you earn.

How onboarding works

Four steps, and a person to call if one of them sticks

You can do all of it yourself from a phone. If a step goes wrong, one tap puts you in a WhatsApp conversation with someone at Rodaku rather than in a support queue.

Create your shop account

Sign up as the shop: the business, the owner, the number renters will reach you on. Have your NIB to hand. It is a few minutes of typing, once.

Install the Rodaku app and sign in

The app is where your shop actually runs, on the phone already in your pocket. Sign in with the account you just made, and everything below happens in there.

Snap and list your bikes

In the app: photograph each bike, confirm its plate on screen, and it goes on your page. A few minutes per bike. Rates, photos and availability stay yours to change whenever you like.

We check your NIB, then you go live

A person reviews your business registration against a published service-level agreement. Then your page enters Google and the AI assistants, and your request inbox opens.

Snap & List

Listing a bike is three photos and a plate.

Open the capture flow and take three shots: the front, the side, and the STNK. The plate is read off the document for you, and all you do is confirm it says what it should. Then the bike is on your page.

  • The shots are guided, so every bike on your page looks like it belongs there.
  • You confirm the plate yourself, so a typo cannot put the wrong bike on a listing.
  • Rates, photos and availability stay editable whenever you want to change them.

Pricing

One flat monthly fee. No commission, ever.

One plan, and everything is in it.

One price for your shop, per month, whatever you rent that month. We quote the current rate on WhatsApp, because it depends on the size of your fleet — and it is the only thing Rodaku ever charges you.

  • Your own hosted shop page
  • A booking inbox that reaches your WhatsApp
  • Availability your renters can see
  • Indexing on Google and the AI assistants
  • One monthly QRIS invoice, not one per bike
  • An export of your own data, in one click

Good to know

Questions shops ask

Does Rodaku take a commission?

No. Rodaku charges one flat monthly fee and takes no share of a rental. Renters pay your shop directly, so the rental money never passes through Rodaku at any point.

Do I need to download an app?

Yes. You create your shop account first, then install the Rodaku app and sign in with it. The app is where you list bikes, set rates and answer requests. WhatsApp is only there to tell you something is waiting and to reach a person if you get stuck.

What do I need to list my bikes?

A business registration (NIB), the bikes themselves, and a working WhatsApp number. A person checks the NIB against a published service-level agreement before your page goes public.

How do renters pay me?

Renters pay your shop directly, in whatever way you already take payment. Rodaku is never a party to the payment and holds no deposit, so there is nothing to wait for and nothing to reconcile.

Do I have to accept every request?

No. A request is a request. It sits in your inbox with the bike, the dates and the renter's contact, and you accept it, decline it or leave it. No bike is held and nothing is booked until you accept it yourself.

How do I find out a request is waiting?

WhatsApp sends you one message telling you how many requests are waiting, with a link into the inbox. It is deliberately one message rather than one per request, so a busy morning does not turn into twenty notifications.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes, in one click, whenever you want it. Your bikes, your rates and your rental history export as a file you keep. It is a button in the app, not a request you have to make to support and wait on.

How are renter ID photos handled?

If you photograph a renter's ID at pickup, the file is stored inside Indonesia and deletes itself three full days after the rental ends. The scheduled deletion date is shown in the app.

Renters are already searching for a shop to book direct with. An afternoon of photographs is what stands between your fleet and that search.
